RCA successfully negotiated a lease with Nikitha Reddy Gowraram, President of XLNC Health Providers in late July, 2025. XLNC is a clinical medical laboratory providing a wide range of lab services for both outside medical providers and tenants within the building. We welcome XLNC to their new office in Mount Prospect.
