Gail Lasin Brodson is a broker with RCA and she also serves as the Vice President of Human Resources. As a broker, Gail conducts client tours and develops business for the firm. As VP of Human Resources, she strives to ensure the success and well-being of all brokers and company personnel.

Gail has a Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was previously a social worker in the Skokie Public School system. Her work assisting children helped her develop a compassionate and caring approach to managing commercial real estate professionals.

Outside of RCA, Gail enjoys her role as a wife and loving mother to her three outstanding children. Her interests include exercising, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
