RCA successfully negotiated a lease with Dr. Rossmiller on behalf of ownership at 1025 W. Everett in Lake Forest, Illinois. Dr. Rossmiller brings a variety of mental health-related services to the boutique medical office building. With the addition of Dr. Rossmiller, RCA has successfully leased all but 859 square feet of available space at the building and is striving to achieve 100% occupancy for the landlord.
