When Dr. Ursitti decided to relocate All About Kids Dentistry, she partnered with Resource Commercial Advisors (RCA) to find the perfect space on the atrium level of 3030 Salt Creek in Arlington Heights. Once the lease was signed, RCA put its Project Management team to work to ensure that the buildout was completed on time and on budget. Working with a local dental design-build firm, RCA was instrumental in delivering a state-of-the-art dental office with minimal disruption to Dr. Ursitti’s Practice. RCA’s leadership and project guidance allowed Dr. Ursitti to focus on patient care while the team managed interactions with the contractor, oversaw budgeting and scheduling and delivered a turn key solution.
