In early September, 2025, Rover’s Place, a long-standing doggie daycare center in Northbrook, received word that they would have to vacate their facility by November 10th, 2025 to make room for a new car dealership. The then owner of the business, decided to close the doors rather than find a new location. RCA worked with a buyer to acquire the business while simultaneously identifying, securing and successfully opening a replacement location for Rover’s with a single month. RCA’s efforts not only saved a beloved Northbrook-based business, but also preserved at least 10 jobs in the process. Customers can now take their dogs to the new location at 650 Academy Drive in Northbrook.
