Michael Jung is an architect with more than 35 years in the commercial real estate and construction industry. Michael is currently a partner in his own practice and has led teams in all aspects of real estate support from space planning, design development, construction documentation, square foot accounting, master budgeting, move and construction management.

Michael’s strength is his ability to analyze and streamline complex client operational processes in order to develop and maintain detailed master project cost budgets and timelines.

Through Michael’s affiliation with Resource Commercial Advisors, Michael provides the following services:

• Programming client requirements
• Square foot analyzation and organizational “right-sizing”
• Construction bidding and scoping
• Project cost accounting
• Move management coordination
• Project management

Michael is able to fill project voids and add design and consulting services as needed to maintain and deliver a project from introduction to completion.

Michael is a 1982 graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle with a Bachelor of Architecture in Design degree.
